Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst with over 1 year of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Preparation: Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Data Analysis: Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations, providing insights to support business decisions.
• Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present data findings to stakeholders.
• Support Decision-Making: Work with different departments to understand their data needs and provide insights that help drive strategy and operations.
• Data Quality: Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure data integrity across all systems.
• Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc data analysis and generate reports as requested by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
  • Basic experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of database management and data extraction techniques.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with team members across different departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages like Python or R.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer data analysis.
• Interest in learning and applying new data analysis techniques.
